A new Good Taste gummy flavor, launched in partnership with Dogs For Our Brave.
When Good Taste Edibles set out to launch a new gummy flavor, Patriot Pop, the marketing team wanted the drop to stand for something bigger than the shelf. Their research led them to Dogs For Our Brave, an organization built around one mission: providing professionally trained service dogs at no cost to wounded veterans who have honorably served our country.
That research became a partnership. With every Patriot Pop purchase, Good Taste donates $1 to Dogs For Our Brave. I designed the full campaign, collab branding, packaging, and activation, blending elements of both organizations into a single visual identity.
The collab mark brings Good Taste and Dogs For Our Brave together as equal partners, built with Patriot Pop's own color palette and candy-swirl motif running through it. The primary logo follows Good Taste's existing layout and hierarchy, while the secondary mark takes a badge and stamp approach, deconstructing pieces of the Good Taste logo and rearranging them to keep its essence while feeling like its own thing.
The black tin marks Patriot Pop as part of Good Taste's Mega Dosed lineup, kept clean and minimal to match the brand's existing look. The red, white, and blue candy swirl on the label does double duty: it signals the flavor inside while keeping the design compliant with Missouri's cannabis packaging regulations.
Pull-up banners promoting the new Patriot Pop gummy flavor and the Good Taste x Dogs For Our Brave collaboration, designed to stop shoppers at the shelf with bold, high-contrast visuals built for quick impact.
A limited-edition drop: a unisex crewneck for the humans and a matching bandana for the dogs, extending Patriot Pop past the shelf and into everyday rotation.
